Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
- For items over $79, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Gifts:
- For gifts returned, a gift credit will be issued. A digital gift certificate will be emailed once the item is received.
Damaged Items:

Incorrect Address Input:
- If you entered an incorrect address, we can correct it before the package is shipped. We are not responsible for issues due to incorrect addresses provided after shipment.
